Who We Are
Goliath Land Company was founded on a straightforward premise. Tennessee has some of the best hunting and investment land in the country, and most buyers don't have the market knowledge, the relationships, or the on-the-ground experience to find the right property at the right price.
We take pride in fixing that.
We work statewide across Tennessee representing buyers and investors acquiring hunting tracts, conservation properties, farm and ranch land, and recreational acreage. I worked for a family Land Development company based out of the North East for 17 years starting out of college in 1998 . During that time I Quickly became one of the top producing Land Consultants based in Eastern Tennessee and also had the opportunity to manage the Sales and Marketing for Tennessee and Kentucky. I spent years of my career buying large investment and development tracts for a Timber Investment Management Organization. (TIMO) It was in that position I found my passion for Land Purchasing. Currently, I partner and represent high net-worth individuals in obtaining investment, hunting and recreational properties. Through a proven land evaluation process and time tested land management practices I help find the perfect investment for your time and money.
